Kaitlin has been my product mentor for the past 3+ years. I fully credit her for landing my first role in product, and now onto my next company as a PM. She has given me invaluable tips about interviewing (both cases and behavioral), as well as day-to-day skills (relationship building with engineers, getting stakeholder buy-in, etc.). I feel so lucky to have met her and to have her support. She is extremely thoughtful, kind, responsive, and clearly loves helping others improve their product careers.
