When I think of what I'd want in a case coach, I couldn't think of anyone better than Karthik. He is not only incredibly sharp and able to provide extremely targeted/actionable feedback, but he coaches with such thoughtfulness. Coaching isn't just a transaction for Karthik. He truly loves teaching and coaching others! His coaching helped me land a role at The Bridgespan Group, Bain's social impact spinoff.

Having worked with Simi from the beginning to the end of my business school application process, I can say that I wouldn't have gained acceptance to GSB, Columbia, or Booth without him! He is a born teacher, and as such, you can expect top not feedback, advice, and encouragement in a very empathetic and friendly manner. While he was expensive, he was so great and easy to work with, I would recommend 10 out of 10 times. I don't believe there is a better tutor/consultant on the market!

Karthik is a great coach. Whip-smart, a great teacher, and very skilled at breaking complex problems down into small, manageable pieces. The case study is a tricky exercise—it’s not always easy to quickly figure out how to approach and explain naturally—and Karthik is skilled at guiding effective practice. I highly recommend working with him!

Glori is thoughtful, meticulous and super analytical. She is also a great communicator. Gloria has carefully crafted her own career and would make a great career coach. Gloria and I shared a course at Harvard University. She always had interesting questions to ask and insightful comments for her classmates.
