Max was an invaluable help with me in navigating the IB recruiting process. When I ended up having to decide between a few banks, Max was great in helping me analyze the pros and cons of each bank. I spent my summer internship at Macquarie Capital, and I think Max was a huge reason why I got a return offer. He would give me great insights every week on what exactly banks look for in their summer analysts. Cannot say enough great things about how helpful he has been as a mentor!

I first reached out to Machmud as an incoming third-year student in college. Being the first in my family to be born in the U.S. and the first in my family to apply to law school, I was incredibly lost. Luckily, Machmud's help took many forms. He talked me through the LSAT and the personal statement—but perhaps more importantly, he encouraged me and believed in my success. This time next year I will be working towards my J.D. at a top law school, and as I prepare for my 1L year, I can only hope to inspire other pre-law students in the way Machmud has inspired me.
