Nicholas was very direct in the best way possible and gave really practical advice. I especially appreciated his insights on building a stronger social media presence, posting more intentionally, and not getting overwhelmed by trying to do everything at once. He also emphasized the importance of consistency, showing up more at networking events, and having a general understanding of how AI is being integrated into workflows across industries. Overall, the session was clear, practical, and genuinely motivating.

Ryan was incredibly helpful and guided me well even in a short amount of time. He was patient throughout the conversation, really took the time to understand the root cause behind my concerns, and addressed even beginner-level doubts without making them feel insignificant. I’m an MBA student with a prior background in consulting, and I was trying to break into tech. I had done a lot of reading and worked on a few small projects, but I just still didn’t feel too confident going into interviews. I started working with Michael on a weekly basis. Early on, we cleaned up my resume, my story, and networking strategy. After that, Michael helped me stay current on what was happening in AI and translate that into things I could actually talk about in interviews. The biggest unlock was that we co-built a product project together. It gave me something concrete to point to, and it helped me explain my interest in AI and tech in a more credible way. Michael has a rare mix of technical and business judgment. He could talk through AI products and technical concepts, while also understanding how to position my background and what recruiters/interviewers actually cared about. I ended up landing a role at one of my dream tech startups in San Francisco, and I can’t overstate how valuable Michael was in making that happen.

Attended a recent session by Alec and found him to be super knowledgeable & impressive. He is not only very focused, ambitious, & strategic in how he has approached his educational and career goals, but he also came across as an extraordinarily service-minded individual. Listening to him tell personal story and discuss his career trajectory was inspiring in and of itself, but he also gave great tactical advice to candidates interested in pursuing an MBA. He also took a number of questions from participants and was a very engaging speaker. I’d highly recommend Alec for coaching and mentorship.
