One of the surprisingly cool parts about working with Leland is working with an incredibly wide array of people from all walks of life. In 2024, here's a snapshot of the range of people I got to partner up with (see my full Impact Report here).

Geographically, there really has been no limit, including:
- Southeast Asia: South Korea, Indonesia and Singapore
- South Asia: Sri Lanka, India (Bangalore, Delhi, Jaipur and more), Myanmar and Pakistan
- East Asia: Taiwan and China
- Latin America: Uruguay, Columbia and Bolivia
- Middle East: Saudi Arabia, Israel, and Kuwait
- Africa: Nigeria and South Africa
- Europe: The UK, France, Germany, Switzerland, and Spain
- Canada: Ottowa British Columbia, Quebec
- Within the US: 27 states (that I could count, probably more), spanning cities in New York, Texas and California to rural towns in Kansas and Montana to suburban regions of Utah and Illinois
Functionally, these people have come from just about every background:
- Multi-time founders, first-time entrepreneurs, some actively fundraising
- Ex-consultants, current consultants, people who want to break into MBB
- Investors, from late-stage and growth-stage funds to early-stage VCs and people working through family offices
- Individuals with a family business background; others hoping to rejoin and run their family business post-MBA
Socioeconomically, individuals from an entire range of places:
- People who are set financially and who need more help figuring out where to channel their time, energy and resources
- People who are working on a budget and want to focus their time
- People who aren't where they want to be yet, or are in between jobs, who are looking for super-discrete, tactical help and see the value in timely, managed coaching
Demographically:
- Just about every life philosophy or religion, including the most widespread faiths to lesser-known sects, to people who have no religious inclinations at all / who are breaking away from their faith
- Every race, creed, and identity, including people who see their demographics as core to their identity and write about how and why, to people with mixed relationships, to people who see it as less-relevant to their path forward — the combinations are infinite
This is before Leland's last $12M raise, before they doubled their engineering team, before we've even really gotten started...
... and I'm just one coach out of 1,100.
