A lot of work is put back on the students, so if you want a job, be prepared to do homework. My only constructive criticism is I felt that I could have been sent the slides in an email, and I would have gotten the same value. There could be more discussion versus reading off the slides.

Although sometimes she seems to still be feeling her way around a bit, I like that she is empathetic and flexible. Sometimes we will start down a path that might not be working and she is able to check in and willing to change course until we find the right way to look at something. I also like the way that sometimes she remembers things that I said that even I did not remember or was trying to gloss over but were actually very important. I have a habit of trying to fool myself and she can very gently tease that out and remind of some very core goals.
