Spencer is the kind of mentor who gives you more than just advice. He gives you the clarity, support, and tools you need to move forward with confidence. From our very first conversation, I felt heard and understood. He creates a space where you can speak openly about your goals, your doubts, and anything else that is on your mind. He listens closely and always responds with care and insight. With Spencer’s help, I was able to secure a product manager role right after finishing university. But more importantly, he helped me build the skills and mindset I needed to do well in the role. He does not just point you in a direction. He helps you understand how to navigate challenges and make smart decisions. He teaches you how to think for yourself, and that is something I will carry with me for a long time. Laura was an invaluable asset to me, from June 2024 to June 2025. I came from a very niche music industry background. Saying I'm a non-traditional candidate would be an understatement. That's why I chose Laura! And, with an undergrad GPA of ~2.8, a sinister case of ADHD, a weak quant background, and applying on the heels of a gap year, the hurdles I faced in my MBA application process were significant. Her strategic expertise was critical in navigating the GMAT/GRE wormhole, ADHD accommodations, and school selection. BUT, where Laura proved most valuable was helping me understand that the things I saw as application *deficits* were in fact, application *distinctions*.
