Very supportive and attentive
Becky was incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and attentive throughout my deferred MBA application process. She tailored each session to my specific circumstances and helped with everything from essays and interview preparation to financial aid concerns. Her guidance was instrumental in helping me secure a deferred admission offer from Columbia Business School, as well as interviews at HBS and Wharton. I highly recommend Becky, especially to anyone navigating the MBA application process for the first time.

Extremely Responsive and Supportive
From the very beginning, Connor took a genuinely personalized approach to working with me. He made sure to listen carefully to all of my thoughts and ideas before suggesting what he felt would be the best strategy for my applications. One of the most helpful things we created together was a “story matrix,” where we mapped out my past experiences and matched them to specific essays for each of the five universities I was applying to. This was honestly such a genius idea because it gave me so much clarity on what stories I could tell and where they would fit best. We even came up with backup stories in case, while writing the first draft if I felt that a different experience worked better. Connor’s feedback throughout the drafting process was incredibly valuable. He helped me level up every essay while still making sure they sounded like me and reflected my real personality, rather than feeling overly polished or generic. We worked together over several months for around 20 hours in total, and throughout the entire process, he was incredibly accommodating with every request. I genuinely loved working with him and couldn’t have asked for a better coach to guide me through my grad school applications. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! 100/100

Can't recommend Chichi enough!
What made Chichi an outstanding coach was not just her broad & in-depth knowledge of programs, her surgical feedback process or her structured approach to application planning-- it was her encouragement. It was infused into every part of the process. She's a coach who believes in her clients and will support them in achieving their goals!

Objection! This isn’t your voice—what drove one splitter to T14
When I met with Raha, I had been unsuccessful at finding the person who would be as excited as I was about why I am going to law school. Admission experts advised I set a reasonable expectation. I was a splitter. As a non-traditional applicant, however, I believed my story would merit serious consideration if I owned my narrative and law schools actually reviewed holistically. I believed law schools did. Raha approached the early foundational sessions, “Who is David?”, with curiosity and asked thoughtful questions to understand where I was coming from. Through her articulation of the life I lived—systems-thinker seeking harmony—I felt invigorated to portray that in my writing. My early drafts, however, often curated to what I thought law schools would want to hear. I would highlight one aspect while removing others, which then led me to revise another. In those times, she pushed back and reminded me to stay close to my narrative backbone. Amidst self-doubt, I realized I needed someone who not only would proofread, but also hold me to a standard. As a result, I told my story. In any cycle, law schools want to hear from you, and you need to make yourself heard. But because life experience is often complex, you need to be strategic about what you choose to highlight—and Raha is as strategic a coach as she is an authentic person. I’m headed to a T10 law school. But this success is merely the cherry on top to a much weightier lesson I internalized through Raha’s coaching—stay true to yourself—a lesson I hope readers will take with them as well.

Not just a great coach, but a very genuine human.
Background: Deferred MBA applicant, 3.5 GPA, <300 GRE, California State School. I was looking for a coach who could help me strengthen my application given low stats & coming from a state school. I chose to work with Dione because of her extensive experience working with MBA applicants, her GSB background, first-gen perspective, and coaching style. Throughout the coaching process, we met a few times through virtual sessions and did a majority of work through essay revisions and emails. Her turnaround time for feedback is incredibly fast (often just a few hours). Dione's communication approach is honest, supportive, and no-BS. She brings much care and detail into her coaching that she honestly made me feel like her only client. From the start, I would clarify all expectations to mitigate any confusion moving forward. Applications aside, Dione challenged me to know myself better on a fundamental level. She is a very encouraging coach who will push you to represent your most authentic and best self.

Great MBA Coach
Dione was a fantastic MBA coach! I had two years of consulting experience and applied in Round 3. She helped me with both my essays and interview preparation. Throughout the process, Dione was responsive, supportive, and thoughtful, and she provided valuable feedback and advice that strengthened my application. I'm grateful for her guidance, and I'm excited to share that I was admitted to both Columbia Business School and Chicago Booth with merit-based scholarships. I highly recommend working with Dione!

Got Into Booth and Kellogg PTMBA with Scholarship
Kerry helped me strengthen my essays and resume and guided me throughout the application process. I was admitted to both Booth and Kellogg’s part-time MBA programs and received a $40,000 scholarship from Booth, which is especially rare for a part-time MBA. Her guidance made a real difference.
