Ian is an amazing coach. First off, he is incredibly personable and someone that becomes not only a coach, but a friend throughout this process. David is one of the most talented, thoughtful, and encouraging teammates I've worked with. He cares about his colleagues, fosters a great culture, and on top of that, is so competent (a surprisingly rare combination to find!). David's leadership style is marked by empowering his team, sharing his knowledge to foster collaboration and creating a positive work environment. Anyone would be lucky to have him as a coach!

I transitioned directly from consulting to PM at Faire, where Josh was my manager and our fearless International product leader. The fact that he made a similar transition himself made him deeply empathetic of how I could best leverage my existing skillsets and develop new ones to become a confident PM. He is a very thoughtful, creative, and collaborative person to work with. Josh is also one of the few managers I have had who clearly gets joy from investing in people both professionally and personally, which makes me certain he will be a wonderful coach for anyone to have!

Carson has helped me prep for multiple interviews across various investment banking and corporate banking roles, for both internships and full-time positions. Along with interview prep in the form of mock interviews, Carson has spent time with me working on mastering technical concepts such as the financial statements and DCF analysis. I've also been fortunate to have Carson review and critique my resume on multiple occasions, receiving helpful feedback and advice each time.

Carson helped me with interview prep for an internship position at an early-stage VC and I received an offer. He is very knowledgeable about the space as well as the current state of the markets. He is extremely well-versed in anything finance related and is great at explaining high-level concepts.

Grant arrived and immediately had a positive impact on our team. He took time to get to know everyone on the team so he could build meaningful relationships with the people he would be leading and teaching. Grant's role was to help our team become more efficient and ultimately more effective in reaching our goals. His teaching and leadership style provided an environment our team became more cohesive and productive. Grant is very skilled at knowing when to teach someone how to solve a problem and when to allow them to learn to solve the problem themselves. I greatly appreciated this aspect of Grant's leadership style because sometimes he would guide and teach me how to perform a task, and other times he would nudge me in the right direction and allow me to learn on my own. I was only able to work with Grant for one month, but he taught me a lot in that short time. Grant genuinely cares about the people he works with and wants to see them grow both personally and professionally.

Andrew is somebody you want to have in your corner. Having attended a workshop of Andrew's in a sales class I was taking, I learned a few things about him. 1.) Andrew is knowledgable 2.) Andrew freely gives that knowledge he has to others and 3.) Andrew will take the time to help make sure your needs are taken care of and questions are fully answered. I couldn't recommend learning from Andrew enough!
