I highly recommend Lucas to anyone who is applying to a top 10 MBA program, joint degree program, and consulting. Lucas was instrumental in helping me tell my full story during my MBA application process. He took a holistic approach to the application, using every section in the application to make the best case possible. He helped with my resume to highlight all of my relevant business and leadership experiences. Most importantly, he helped me tell my authentic story by asking lots of questions that got to the core of my experiences.  When I was applying to Bridgespan, Lucas also helped me prepare for my interviews. He helped me tell my experiences in my behavioral questions and prepared me for my case interviews by conducting various mock cases with detailed feedback and strategy sessions post-interview. With Lucas' help, I felt comfortable going into my interviews, which resulted in a full-time consulting job at my current company Bridgespan.

I recommend Lucas as an MBA coach with absolutely no reservation! As a former engineer, I would continually get similar feedback “this essay is informative, structured, and logical, however, I don’t really feel like I know you.” When I reached out to Lucas, he didn’t start with the essays, he started with getting to know me — my aspirations, journey and unique value proposition. He revised essays, pushed me for thoughtful improvements, helped me draw a common through-line throughout the multiple pieces of my application (i.e., resume, recommendations, etc.), and, importantly, lent encouragement through the mental and emotional roller-coaster that is the MBA application process. Without his coaching, I don’t know if I would been able to tell my story in a genuine way that captures the beauty and reality of my personal journey. The only thing remotely transactional about working with Lucas is that he gets results, but other than that , he’s just an awesome person helping people accomplish their grad school dreams.
