Michael is the best consulting case partner/mentor I have ever met! He has a very structured approach to interview preparation, including both cases and behavioural questions. For cases, he has done thousands of cases and is familiar with various business scenarios and different industries. For behavioural questions, he has his own version and collection of all possible questions and corresponding stories/answers. His preparation for consulting career is absolutely the most comprehensive and top quality. On top of that, Michael has a great personality. He is easy to get along with, extremely helpful, and outside work a very funny person too. He is always willing to help whenever I needed it! Michael has been super helpful during my case practice as he guided me to think beyond typical case book cases. Have worked with Michael during my MBB recruiting journey back in 2022. He really helped me out a lot, tips which helped me land an offer at MBB. There are 2 things I appreciate about Michael. Firstly, I like the fact that he prepares his own materials and writes his own cases. This brings a lot of insight as the cases generally are very different from case books and are a lot closer to what you would expect in an actual work setting. Secondly, he emphasizes presentation style and provides ways on how to improve on it. This is a problem which I have never realized through interviewing with other case partners. I would whole-heartedly recommend Michael if you have medium to advanced case experience, and feel like you are at a bottle neck and do not know how to improve.
