Matt has been an incredible coach throughout my MBA application process. Throughout my essay writing, his feedback was always clear and genuinely thoughtful. What stood out most was his ability to help me translate my military experience into compelling narratives, taking my jargon-heavy background and shaping it into something an admissions committee could connect with. He answered every question I had, went above and beyond at every turn, and made the entire process far less daunting than it would have been without him. Saba was honestly one of the most helpful parts of my application process. She won’t sugarcoat things, but it’s always constructive. I came to her with a tremendous number of essays, and she didn’t leave a single one untouched. She wasn’t just a reviewer either. Also, a huge thing I appreciate about Kira's coaching is that she meets you right where you are at and empowers you in your decision-making. I was at a point where it was difficult for me to feel confidence in my own career journey, and her continuous encouragement, honest feedback, and ability to give a grounded and balanced read on every situation really took my own understanding of my skills and value in the workplace to the next level. Her advice has rung true for me at every step of orchestrating a career pivot and coming up with the best path forward from even the most seemingly thorny spots. And taking her advice has led me to great results. She is an excellent coach and I highly recommend working with her for both short and longer term needs!

Nels blew my expectations. We practically had like two session over text just getting me ready for the coaching session. I was able to get so much done before we even started. I left feeling super confident and with a detailed plan about how I was gonna recruit. We are still in contact and he is sending me even more resources and help. I also wanna note that he was understanding to my situation. Going into the call I felt a little insecure about how good my resume and other stuff looked. Really enjoyed the sessions with Damian, I liked that even from the first 15 minutes we were able to get straight to the main things I was looking to learn and improve on within the VC space, I was able to get great feedback on a memo I was working through. Overall, I learned a lot and found the insights/advice very helpful for me.
