Lee did a great job of simplifying his recommendations related to using content to engage your target audience and then letting the group lead the conversation based on their interests. Lots of good, high level possibilities around how AI can help streamline basic tasks. I know that I have had a sense that there were things I could do to cut down on admin stuff and emails - I just felt overwhelmed with trying to decipher where to start and what to use. Definitely going to give ClickUp a try.

Geri was wonderful. She struck the perfect balance of supportive advocacy and direct candor necessary to make the improvements needed for the MBA interview. Her HBS Course was exactly what I needed to prepare, and she stood ready to jump on the post-interview reflection despite the short turnaround timeline. After our mock interview, she provided an extremely thorough document dissecting the strengths and shortcomings of each response, as well insight into what to focus on to prepare.

I purchased the comprehensive packages for two schools. For the package, Geri helped me with my MIT Sloan and HBS applications. As someone from a non-traditional background, I could not have asked for a better coach to guide me through the whole MBA application process. She is an extremely professional, knowledgeable, and caring coach who helped make my application as strong as possible. Furthermore, she helped my Letters of Recommendations to make them as strong as possible. Highly recommend Geri as a coach as she brings a very structured approach to the application process and breaks everything down into an easy-to-follow timeline. Even though my comprehensive was for Sloan and HBS, everything I learned from Geri was very helpful for the rest of my applications. Unfortunately, I was not lucky with Sloan and HBS, but Geri still checks in on me with my waitlisted schools, showing that she is a very caring coach!

Johnny has been an incredible coach throughout my MBA application journey. As a first-generation college graduate working in the public sector, I had a lot of raw material but wasn't sure how to shape it into a compelling narrative. What sets Johnny apart is how polished and strategic his approach is, he went above and beyond by building out a full roadmap covering application strategy, resume positioning, recommender strategy, and differentiating themes that tie my entire story together. Kira was such a great presenter and I loved her style - conversational, honest and supportive. She was so generous with her time and knowledge, staying on well after the schedule end time to answer questions and give actionable, concrete advice. Highly recommend people take one of her free workshops to get a taste and maybe you'll want more like I did!
