I had a wonderful HBS mock interview experience with Asha. She was well-prepared with questions that challenged me and gave thoughtful, in-depth feedback on areas of improvement that I could implement before the real interview. The mock interview was very similar to the real thing. Overall, Asha was deeply supportive and I'm glad I was able to work with her!

Her knowledge of the MBA application process is very thorough. She was extremely helpful in my preparation for submitting applications, as well as the interview process! I was initially waitlisted by my target school in Round 1. Laura helped me strengthen my application and provided feedback which ultimately led to an acceptance letter from my target school. She is extremely easy to work with and is willing to work around any scheduling issues.

Dione is the best admissions consultant I could have ever asked for. To give context, I applied as a deferred admit to the Stanford GSB. I had worked with other GSB admits to brainstorm and draft my essays. I specifically looked for a professional coach with high reviews, strong writing experience, and affiliation with the GSB. Dione excelled in all these areas. I started working with her after deciding on schools and writing my essays, hoping to refine my application and ensure it showcased my best self. Although I was skeptical since I'd never worked with a professional admissions consultant before, Dione exceeded all expectations in terms of professionalism and the value she provided. Dione's guidance was incredibly specific, thorough, and actionable. She provided detailed feedback on my essays, highlighting areas for improvement that I hadn't considered, and offered strategic advice on how to present my experiences and goals in the most compelling way – particularly for my "Why Stanford?" essay. Despite my subpar GMAT and GRE scores, she helped me highlight my strengths through my essays and craft an optional statement to address my lower scores. When I landed the interview, Dione's coaching and preparation strategies were top-notch, giving me the confidence to excel. I cannot recommend Dione enough – from my essays to my interview preparation, and instilling confidence in me throughout the process, I would not be attending the GSB without her!

I had a longer application process that included getting waitlisted and Emily was so encouraging and supportive throughout it. She was incredibly organized and gave clear feedback during the essay writing process. Her timeline was very approachable and allowed me to put my best foot forward during this competitive process. I would highly recommend Emily to everyone because she truly goes above and beyond for her clients!!!!

I feel so blessed to have worked with Geri, and ultimately received a result which I know I would not have come close to if it weren't for Geri's help! First and foremost, her responsiveness is remarkable. She would frequently turn edits for essays within hours, and always answer my odd questions on weekends and even holidays. Second, her knowledge of the process and just about every program out there is second-to-none. Geri also did a great job at level-setting with me, being honest about what's "working" in my application components (essays, short-answers, interview question responses) and what is "not" and she was always spot-on and direct in her feedback. THANK YOU GERI!!!!!

I wish I was half as good at my job as Andy is at his. First, to echo what other reviewers have said: Andy is a brutally honest minesweeper. With experience and precision, Andy excised even the slightest red flags from my application, ranging from self-centric wording to the stories we highlighted in our recommendation packet. We submitted an application that was de-risked yet accurate, genuine, personally meaningful, and effective. Andy's technical skill has to be the best in the business. Now to share some points that others haven't yet highlighted... • Andy is a professional coach with 22 years of experience. It shows. Working with Andy, I felt aware, in control, and confident in my application, for he knows the process inside and out. • Andy is insurance for the unexpected. He knew how to navigate all challenges I encountered: difficult recommenders, competing priorities, an unusual interview setting, and so forth. Andy has seen it all over the last two decades, and that's a valuable safety net to have as an applicant. • Andy can find success with any profile. My background is at once highly overrepresented *and* exceptionally underrepresented (almost not-represented), and Andy expertly balanced the two. • Andy provides value beyond the MBA application. He prompted my introspection and pushed me to clarify my story, values, and future goals more than any other person (not just coach). Along with admission to GSB, my partnership with Andy ended with a better understanding of myself. So, yep, I'm convinced he's the best coach out there. Pretty sure he'll convince you too.

Karla is fantastic at providing thoughtful feedback, and knows how to be both constructive and encouraging. She brings out the best in applicants, and knows how to facilitate a very introspective process. After doing an interview mock with her, I noticed a serious improvement in my speaking. Work with her to make your application the best it can be!

Ren is a phenomenal coach. I applied to GSB, HBS, and Wharton, and our biggest challenge was deciding whether to withdraw my H/W application early after my admission to GSB. (We did). Having recently gone through the application process and secured multiple offers of admission, Ren has astute, detailed, and up-to-date knowledge of the top programs. He understands how the admissions committees of each school differentiate themselves and was exceptionally helpful in designing tailored applications. He's a fantastic option if you feel strongly about a few schools – and if you don't, he'll help you understand which are the best fit for you. Ren also settles for nothing less than perfection. In my essays, we went through several turns to ensure we had the correct level of emotion, created a logical through-line, and hit the program's core qualities. We burrowed into the wording in résumé bullets, recommender packet responses, and my answers in the actual applications. Ren quickly helped my essays and other materials reach a level I felt satisfied with – then he challenged me to go beyond. By the way, Ren's firsthand experience with deferred enrollment applications and pursuit for perfection makes him an awesome mock interview partner. Finally—I think this is an underrated part of choosing a coach—it was always a pleasure chatting with Ren. When I wanted them to be, our calls were direct and mission-focused. Other times, we talked about miscellaneous life events and things unrelated to the MBA application. Through formal and informal conversations, Ren put in a tremendous amount of effort to understand my background, motivations, and defining characteristics, which combined with extensive knowledge of various programs to craft compelling, school-specific narratives. Ren and I got to know each other well during the process, and that made us a more effective team. (By the way, I told Ren he should be charging way more for his services, so apologies to his future clients).
