I’ve known Charbel for more than five years and had the chance to work closely with him at BCG on several projects. He stands out not only for his sharp thinking and work ethic, but for the genuine effort he invests in people around him. He was instrumental in my MBA journey — his support across essays and interview preparation played a key role in me getting into both Harvard Business School (HBS) and Stanford GSB. His guidance went far beyond surface-level advice; he was deeply involved and truly cared about the outcome. I first spoke with Kelsey during the MBA application process, and she not only guided me through M. Ross application but provided a blanket support! I ended up securing multiple admits post that. She is very structured in her approach, tries to understand the problem clearly and then provides her suggestions and advice. Abdelhamid is an absolutely amazing admissions coach! I used his services to help me with my law schools admissions process. Through his help, I was able to get into my top five choices, including Harvard, Yale and Stanford. He walked me through formatting and refining my overall application, gave detailed comments and feedback on ways to improve my personal statements, and made himself available whenever I had any questions or concerns. He is very detail oriented and will ensure that the overall application is cohesive and aligns with the retirements for each law school. In this process, what really stood out to me is how he was able to take a few concepts and ideas that I had and worked with me to create an overarching narrative that perfectly reflected my academic and personal goals and aspirations. Kelsey is a thoughtful and driven mentor who is genuinely invested in supporting others and celebrating their success. She offers clear, constructive feedback grounded in her own experiences, making her guidance both practical and relatable. During my internship, she was incredibly supportive, and learning about her journey helped me better understand my own path forward.

Man I was pretty lost about what to do when I hit 40 and was sick and tired of the role I had. I started talking to Amrit over the last couple of years and he has dramatically changed the way I approach my career. I guess I hadn’t realized the latent potential I had or how to unleash it, but his ability to identify my strengths and how I wasn’t putting them forward was absurd. Truly can’t believe how much time I have wasted in my professional development. I really can’t recommend him more. I didn’t think I needed advice or help, but my wife suggested I give it a try, and it’s incredible how useful it is to have someone build a structure for understanding and progressing your goals. Anyways, hope anyone else that sees this decides to take the risk and commit. You won’t regret it.

I first met Jacob when he was a student ambassador for Ivey. In that time, we talked about his experience in day-to-day student life as well as his leadership experience as the President of the Operations Club. Eventually, based on everything I learned, I decided the Ivey MBA was right for me and Jacob was an instrumental part in that journey. As a coach, Jacob is attentive, intelligent, and caring and I would recommend him to anyone looking to begin an MBA journey.
