James is a hugely talented, deeply caring, and highly skilled leadership coach. His unique mix of professional experience and emotional intelligence allows him to meet people exactly where they are and help them move forward with clarity and confidence. I’ve known and worked with him for over 20 years, and throughout that time he’s consistently shown an ability to challenge, support, and unlock meaningful growth in the people around him. He brings both insight and accountability in a way that feels grounded, practical, and genuinely transformative.

Dorothy coached me in AI automation and AI agents, and the experience made a real difference in how I approach my work. She has a talent for breaking down complex concepts into simple, practical steps that are easy to understand and apply. Through her coaching, I learned how to build and use AI automations and agents in a way that actually saves time and improves efficiency. What stood out most was how hands on and results focused she is. She makes sure you are not just learning, but actually implementing. Dorothy is patient, clear, and genuinely committed to helping you succeed. If you want to understand AI automation and AI agents without feeling overwhelmed, she is the right person to learn from. I highly recommend her.

I worked with Sean during my MBA application process, and I can say without hesitation that he was one of the most impactful people in my journey. With his guidance on my essays and mock interviews, I was admitted to both Harvard Business School and Stanford GSB — results I genuinely don't think I could have achieved without him. What sets him apart is the rare combination of sharpness and warmth. He has a strong business background that gave his feedback real credibility — he didn't just help me write better, he helped me think more clearly about my story and what I was actually trying to say. His edits were incisive, never generic, and always pushed me toward something more authentic. Beyond the craft, he is deeply thoughtful and patient. He took the time to understand my goals and experiences before offering direction, which made every session feel personalized rather than templated. For international applicants specifically, he brings something truly valuable: he is fluent in both English and Japanese, and his perspective is genuinely global. He understands the nuances of presenting an international background to US admissions committees, and he can work equally well with applicants whose first language isn't English. Whether you are applying from the US or abroad, I recommend Sean without reservation!

Marie was an incredible support throughout my consulting recruiting journey. She has a rare ability to meet candidates where they are: she helped me build strong casing fundamentals from the ground up, and then knew exactly when and how to push me to refine and elevate my skills as I progressed. Beyond case prep, her guidance on networking was invaluable. What sets Marie apart is her clarity of thought, warm and encouraging personality, and genuine first-hand consulting experience. I'd highly recommend her to anyone serious about breaking into the industry.

I did not come from the kind of background that usually breaks into investment banking. Non target school, no built in network, and I was pretty unclear on how to actually navigate recruiting beyond surface level advice online. Working with Justin changed that quickly. He does not waste time on generic guidance. He was very direct about where I was falling short, especially with how I was telling my story and how I handled technicals. We focused on fixing those in a structured and practical way, and I could see the difference almost immediately in interviews. What stood out most is that nothing felt forced or scripted. He helped me actually understand how to communicate my background in a way that made sense to bankers, instead of trying to fit into some generic mold. He is also very honest. If something is off, he will tell you and show you how to fix it. That saved me a lot of time and probably a lot of missed opportunities. I ended up landing an offer, and I do not think that happens without his help. If you feel like your background puts you behind, he knows how to close that gap.

Adam and I have known each other for years, and he brings a rare mix of experience across consulting, politics, sales, technology, and music, allowing him to offer both strategic and practical advice in any context. When I was deciding on business school, I turned to him for guidance, which gave me clarity and confidence throughout the process. I ultimately attended UNC Kenan-Flagler, and his support played a key role in that outcome. His strong communication skills and emotional intelligence not only drive his own success but also elevate those around him.

I met Tucker when I was a freshman at SUNY Oswego through a formal student mentorship program, and that connection changed the trajectory of my college career. Tucker was a sophomore at the time, but his level of involvement on campus was unlike anything I'd seen. He pulled me into Enactus, where together with another student we ran a real project: doing tech consulting and implementing point-of-sale systems for local businesses. It sounds simple, but for a freshman who didn't know what was possible, it was eye-opening. That experience introduced me to the world of student organizations and I never looked back. I went on to join the investment club, became deeply passionate about it, and ultimately served as president, where our we managed $250,000 in assets. Tucker also recommended self-help and business books that genuinely shifted my mindset. The biggest thing he gave me wasn't any one piece of advice; it was a belief that more was possible than I thought. What started as a formal mentorship became a real friendship. We stayed close for the full three years we overlapped at Oswego. By the time I graduated, I had a network and a resume that landed me a job in federal bank regulation, and two years later I broke into equity research, a field almost no one from a non-target school like Oswego reaches. Tucker didn't just mentor me. He showed me what was possible and made me believe I could get there.

Briana is, simply put, the real deal. Wharton undergrad. Penn Law — where she’s co-president of BLSA, editing the Journal of Business Law, and TA-ing while other people are just trying to survive 1L. Oh, and she summered at Gibson Dunn and externed at the SEC. That’s not a résumé. That’s a statement. But here’s what the credentials don’t tell you: Briana is brilliant in the way that actually matters for coaching. She thinks fast, explains clearly, and she never makes you feel like the answer was obvious. She came into law school after six years at Accenture, made a deliberate, strategic pivot, and crushed it. She knows what it takes to get in and more importantly, she knows how to help you figure out your story. If you’re serious about law school, stop scrolling and book with Briana. I’ve seen her mind work up close for years. You want her in your corner.
