Nikhil is an A* coach, and I can’t recommend him highly enough! A few years ago I moved to London after finishing business school to start a new career in investment banking. After several unsuccessful applications, I approached Nikhil following a referral from an acquaintance. His initial guidance helped me present my credentials and ambition more powerfully on paper, particularly as I didn’t have a typical finance background, and I then started getting invited for more interview processes. More important still, he helped me develop unshakeable self-confidence and methods for managing intense scrutiny during interviews which were priceless in securing my first Analyst role. During my Analyst and early Associate years, Nikhil helped me develop the softer ‘senior’ skills I needed to become a trusted client-facing adviser, which really fast-tracked my development.
