Michael has a remarkable ability to navigate complex conversations with ease and empathy. He brings a unique, high-level perspective to the table, hearing about his journey and personal story through the Schwarzman program was incredibly inspiring and adds a layer of depth to his coaching. He manages to keep the dialogue structured and productive while maintaining a very approachable atmosphere. He is a natural at guiding others toward clarity through both his insights and his own impressive experiences.

Avi is singular in his experience as a counsellor. My biggest regret this application season was not taking his comprehensive package as I was too late in my decision making and his roster was full. I say this for 3 reasons. 1) He is extremely dedicated to help you and your voice shine. His edits and reviews will make you feel seen and instill confidence in your story. I have had experiences with other counsellors who will promise the same "YOUR story, YOUR unique background" but not only are their edits and reviews vague and inactionable, they simply do not hold a candle to Avi's skill. 2) He genuinely cares about helping you. I sent him my essays 2-3 days before each deadline. Not only was this very late, but he was also supporting his own full-time clients. He came through and how! Timely communication, telling me exactly how he is going to help me and what would be required from my end. This means that he is truly extraordinary at managing your emotions and giving you helpful advice through a process that can instil self-doubt. 3) He has deep knowledge on each school that he picks to work with you on. He could turn around my CBS, GSB and Sloan essays in no time and nailed the head on what they wanted to hear, incorporating your own POV. I will reiterate, I have worked with and spoken to many counsellors, which makes me qualified to say that Avi is simply the best in the business. Reflecting as this application season comes to a close, I could have done many things differently and maybe I won't get in, maybe I will. But the only thing I am confident in is my essays. They present the best, most authentic version of myself - only because of Avi.

I worked with Julia on brainstorming and perfecting my McKinsey PEI stories. Julia was super helpful with her feedback, and I was able to get an offer after just working with her for 2 sessions. I would recommend Julia for anyone who is interview-prepping!

Matt was extremely professional and quick to responding/reviewing. He was always willing to make edits and allow me to work through my story while refining them. At first I wasn’t sure about booking Angela because she doesn’t do a free intro call like most coaches. But honestly, it was the best decision I did and if you are on the fence do it! I actually missed our first scheduled call, and she was so kind about it—the call was rearranged with no fuss at all. Angela, came to our first call prepared — already looked through my resume & the program process, and she spotted a few things in the application that I did not notice. Angela, also listened to what I wanted to do and what I was worried about, and helped me figure out the best way to make my application one cohesive story. During the application Angela was really responsive and helpful — quick replies, clear feedback, and she kept things moving we finished the application in less than 10 days despite being in Christmas and new years period. I also can’t stress enough how much she improved my application overall — whether it was my resume, my essays, or even how I approached recommendations. We submitted (still waiting on results), and even after that she’s continued helping me with something post-application, which I really appreciate. Overall, you can truly feel Angela’s passion for helping others and the care she puts into reviewing everything. She consistently reviewed everything with care, caught every detail, and guided me with real expertise. The responsiveness and support throughout the entire process feel truly personalized, I felt like I was her top priority from start to finish.

I worked with Karthik for 10 sessions while preparing for consulting interviews. When I started, I felt unsure and scattered. By interview week, I felt calm, focused, and in control. I received a BCG internship offer, and Karthik was an essential part of that journey. What makes Karthik stand out is how personally he treats your goals. He pays close attention to how you think and speak, then gives clear and direct feedback. You always know what you are doing well and exactly what to fix. He supported both my casing and behavioral prep. He helped me sharpen my math and speak clearly under pressure. Each session built on the last, and I could clearly see my progress. Karthik is steady, patient, and fully present. I always felt supported, never rushed, and taken seriously. If you are serious about consulting and want a coach who truly cares about your progress and your results, I highly recommend working with Karthik. He helped me walk into interviews with confidence and walk out with a BCG internship offer.

Caitlin was incredible to work with! We focused mostly on my Kellogg essays and two other schools, and her attention to detail was truly unmatched.
