Amanda was instrumental in helping me shape a clear and compelling narrative for my graduate applications. As a Korean major transitioning into data science, I needed guidance on how to position my interdisciplinary background with confidence and technical credibility. Amanda, who had made a similar transition herself, helped me frame my humanities training as a strength and sharpen my research and career focus. With her strategic feedback, I was admitted to Columbia’s MS in Data Science program at the priority deadline, and I’m truly grateful for her mentorship.

Jack is honestly one of the most brilliant and kind people I know. He has been an incredibly important mentor to me, especially when navigating some very meaningful tech career decisions. What I appreciate most is that Jack never just gives advice. He helps you think. He brings structure, clarity, and perspective in a way that completely changes how you approach a decision. More than anything, Jack has this rare ability to help you see the questions you should even be asking. That alone has been invaluable for me. I am genuinely grateful for his guidance and cannot recommend him highly enough as a coach and mentor.

I truly appreciate Katie’s logical thinking and reasoning support, as she took a look at my goals and directed my thoughts from “is this possible?” to “how can we make this happen”. I can say with complete confidence that I would not be in my PhD program today without Katie’s guidance and support. From the very beginning, she invested time in understanding my goals and helped me map out a clear, achievable path forward. Katie worked closely with me to prepare for interviews, coaching me through every step of the process. Because of her preparation and encouragement, I was able to secure my first-choice practicum placement at the Ronald McDonald House Charities, an opportunity that has been incredibly meaningful to my academic and professional journey. Beyond that, Katie guided me through the practical realities of graduate school. She helped me navigate the process of finding a part-time job to afford school and even coached me on how to negotiate my salary—skills that have had a lasting impact on my financial stability and confidence as a professional. What stands out most is that her support didn’t end once I reached these milestones. We continue to meet monthly to set goals, explore scholarship opportunities, and plan my long-term career path. Katie is deeply committed to the success of the people she mentors, and she consistently goes above and beyond to help them thrive. I wholeheartedly recommend Katie to any student or early-career professional. Her mentorship is not only knowledgeable and strategic, but genuinely life-changing.

I’ve known Corey for about 7 years now and he is both a mentor and a friend. We met before I graduated - I did my internship at Jefferies while he was an analyst. Corey not only has the skills and experience to assist in navigating the world of high finance, he has the warmth, patience and caring to be an excellent coach and cheerleader for anyone looking to build their career in this rigorous industry.

Arno was a great coach during my MBB recruiting (Bain offer). On case prep, he helped me build a consistent approach to structuring problems, prioritizing the right analyses, and communicating clearly and top-down. His feedback was specific and practical, and it was easy to apply from one session to the next. What stood out most was his help on the market landscape across the MBB firms —how each firm differs in positioning, strengths, and what they tend to look for in candidates (especially in Japan / APAC). That context made it much easier to tailor my preparation and narrative appropriately. Beyond consulting, he was especially helpful in pressure-testing my overall career skills planning,, laying out the pros/cons of each, and brainstorming together on what fit my priorities and strengths. I’d strongly recommend Arno to anyone who wants both informed recruiting support and thoughtful career coaching.

Rosalia is the truth! I met Rosalia as a young college student dreaming of breaking into Investment Banking. I did mock interviews with her and was blown away at her command of business, finance, and frankly navigating corporate America. The tips she gave me ended up helping me land the top group at Morgan Stanley investment banking. After years of working in IB, I lifted my head up to think about next steps. Rosalia was there again, sharing pointers on how to break into private equity. I followed in her footsteps and ended up at one of the world's largest megafunds in a top group once again. During my time in both banking and PE, Rosalia was a consistent mentor for me and anyone who benefits from the same guidance she gave me is frankly fortunate. I'd highly recommend Rosalia!

Sam was an outstanding, kind, and thorough admissions consultant. I could not ask for a better, more experienced person to work with through the law school admissions process. He gave me outstanding guidance and support from start to finish in the admissions process, helping me choose how to craft my story, make my school list, and interview. Sam truly helped me reach my full potential. I would recommend him to any applicant, as his expertise is invaluable.

Working with Shashank as my manager at Google gave me a front-row seat to the kind of coach he is: deeply empathetic, consistently joyful, and genuinely invested in people’s long-term growth. What stands out most is how naturally he leads with empathy. He takes the time to understand not just what you’re working on, but how you’re doing as a person. That care shows up in thoughtful questions, patient listening, and advice that’s grounded in your goals, not just immediate outcomes. Shashank also brings a joyful, optimistic energy that’s contagious. Even in high-pressure moments, he has a way of reframing challenges so they feel like opportunities to learn and build momentum. That positivity creates psychological safety and makes it easier to take risks, ask for help, and stretch beyond your comfort zone. What truly separates him as a coach is his long-term commitment. He doesn’t disappear once a milestone is hit, he checks in consistently, remembers what matters to you, and follows through over time. That sustained investment builds trust and accountability, helping you grow in ways that compound. Like others who’ve worked with him, I’ve seen how he balances influence with warmth. He pushes you toward your goals while keeping the experience human, supportive, and even fun. If you’re looking for a coach who combines empathy, optimism, and real commitment to your development, Shashank is someone I wholeheartedly recommend.
