Bhargav is an extraordinary mentor gifted with the ability to bring out the greatest potential in those around him. During our overlapping time at Bain, I was on Bhargav's recruiting team and saw him execute 1000+ resume reviews, 200+ interviews, and give 60+ offers to incoming Associate Consultants each year (as well as continue be an invested teacher to each of them upon joining).
