Working with Tony was the absolute best decision I've made in my career journey! I started my career in human capital consulting, and have applied to MBB 3 times (third time's the charm!). The difference I had throughout the process with Tony as my career coach was astounding. I can say with confidence that having him in my corner was the biggest reason why I successfully landed a job at Bain!  Tony's invaluable perspective as a North America experienced hire recruiting champion and campus recruiting head, along with his dedicated approach to my career development, made the process incredibly collaborative and customized to my needs.  He built a custom recruitment strategy for me, provided hands-on guidance every step of the way. While I'd like to write a paragraph on how he helped me, the two areas I found most helpful were: - Creating a compelling case: Tony's experience as an ex-consultant and recruitment lead was incredibly helpful in understanding how to make my story a compelling one to firms. He worked with me to shape my story from good to great, taking into consideration how to tailor it to each firm's structure, with industry and geographical considerations (e.g., certain offices focus heavily on certain industries, some firms have a more location-agnostic or industry-agnostic approach) - Customizing my prep strategy: Tony took the time to understand my availability restraints, and created a customized drill-based strategy for me, based on initially assessing my strengths and weaknesses. His hands-on approach kept my prep strategy flexible depending on my progress, as well as my availability. I felt that his approach utilized my time in the most efficient way with maximum growth! Overall, I highly recommend working with him, and am glad to have him as my coach!

Lucas was my very first mentor, and helped kickstart my interest and career in product management. I’ve known lucas for three years through Product Space, the product management club at berkeley. I’m vouching for lucas because he is not only one of the most passionate mentors I know, but he has also developed extensive product experience. We ran the new member program at Product Space together, which involves 1:1 mentorship, and Lucas poured an incredible amount of time and energy into his mentees. He truly wants others to succeed, personally and professionally, and he is willing to help others in any way he can so that they can achieve their goals.

I worked with Jonathan in the high tension area of investment banking. He oversaw my work when I was an associate. Jonathan is one of the highest integrity supervisors that I’ve ever had the privilege to work with. He is a commanding presence - and positively, assisting those under his tutelage and purview to make them better rather than for dogmatic rules. I would put him in the top echelon of all the people I’ve worked with throughout my career. He is intelligence, hard working, thoughtful and a leader in every sense. I could not imagine a better candidate for a CEO position. He executes adeptly under adverse conditions, be it ambiguity or structured processes. He brings his A-game everyday and is the first persona that I’d hire if building a new company.
