Leslie was able to use her skills to help someone in a niche situation (Catholic priest transitioning from Education to Healthcare chaplaincy) to do so successfully. She translated skills sets from one field to another. More importantly, she taught me how to do it, and to think in a way that could explain to potential employers and interviewers. She has a gift for speaking unvarnished truths in a way that allows the person being coached to hear without getting defensive.
