Susan is unmatched in her experience of the BYU application process. She successfully guided me through my own application by providing clear communication, expectations, and camaraderie. Her magic lies in uncovering the qualities and talents that reflect who her students are and how those things will reflect positively to an admissions board. Her process requires deep digging and instills confidence. She advocates fiercely for her students. Her results reflect genuine applications. In my case, and that of several of my peers, her execution helped us achieve our goal to attend the school of our dreams- BYU.

Susan helped change my life in a way I never expected. As someone diagnosed with ADD and dyslexia, I often felt like school wasn’t designed for people like me.
