I found Art through the INSEAD network and he mentored me through some challenging career choices as I navigate my career in tech. He provided fantastic guidance to enable me to make better decisions. His insights are informed by his own experiences, so he really understood the context in which I operate, making his advice practical and easily implementable. I particularly valued that while I felt heard, it never felt like he was imposing a single point of view. His ability to objectively share different perspectives empowered me to think differently about my own choices, something I've been able to continue beyond that singular choice. I would highly recommend Art to anyone looking for a coach/mentor and I continue to value his advice and support in my own career.

Adam really took the time to get to know me on a personal level and think about a plan that fits with my background and goals. Preparing for grad school was so difficult but Alexander made the application process so much easier with great tips on me motivation letters and ways to strengthen my profile. He took A LOT of time to customize my docs with me (10+ versions!) and helped me get into top schools (U of T and then McGill!). Strongly recommend!!
