I worked with Grant for 2+ years on the talent management team at Google, and getting to partner with him was a highlight of this chapter of my career. Grant is not only a human-centered, highly emotionally intelligent coworker, he puts incredible thought and rigor into everything he does. Grant focused on the design side of our People Processes; he really opened my eyes to how to carefully consider a challenge from all perspectives, and then ground in data for multiple possible solutions. Grant brought this attitude to our personal/coworker interactions, bringing an optimistic attitude while considering multiple possible outcomes and solutions.
