I found Pat Louden when I was seeking a "High Stakes Conversations" coach. He was so helpful - after two sessions I asked if he would take me on as a General Coaching client as well. He has a wealth of experience and understands the nuances of practical leadership in high-demand career fields. I was able to learn from his relatable anecdotes of navigating the waters of interpersonal dynamics in pressurized settings. Though his work background is high paced, he was also able to look through the lense of my life to determine a tangible path of what success may look like for me as an individual. Mr. Louden has helped me through multiple life transitions that have resulted in not only better pay but more importantly - better life satisfaction. A few months ago, I found my self suddenly transitioning from the military to civilian life. I wanted to pursue a career in law, but had no idea where to start. I chatted with Johnny when I was senior in college trying to decide what I wanted to do in the early stages of my career.
