Steven coached me on resume updates, behavioral prep, and case prep for my consulting role at EY out of undergrad. In addition, I reached out a few years later and his prep helped me land a product role at my current employer. Steven listens to you to understand your needs, does research for you on your prospective employer, and tailors his prep materials based on it. Blake is an invaluable resource! He is passionate and knowledgable, able to teach complex data and modeling concepts, and does so in a way that is thorough and approachable. I did not have a strong technical skillset initially and Blake really helped expand my toolkit, making sure I truly understood the concepts behind the work we were doing. He did an excellent job of connecting the big picture with the nuts and bolts to make sure I could execute quickly and at a high level. I still hear his voice in my head in my job day-to-day and am super grateful for all the time and effort he put into helping me grow.

His constructive criticism and attention to detail on my delivery helped me develop my casing strategies and also pushed me to be more efficient in my structure.
