I leaned on Gelila while navigating the world of startups coming out of college. I first connected with her as I was searching for startup internships. She helped me think through the types of companies that would be a good fit for me and provided advice for interviews. We remained in touch even after I finished that process. Later, Gelila provided a sounding board as I looked for full-time roles based on what I’d learned from my internships. She ultimately connected me with the company that I joined for my first full-time job after graduation, which turned out to be a great fit. Today, I know that I can turn to her for candid guidance and feedback. I met Shashank through UCLA and on LinkedIn when I was interview for LinkedIn APM. Abe is an incredibly smart individual who is considerate of those who he works with. He sincerely cares about them. His knowledge on technical aspects of the world of finance is immense, but he is also versed with his soft skills and with behavioral questions when in the interviewing process which is very rare. He coached me through the interviewing process and was not passive about it. He will cheer for your success and he is actually capable of helping you get there. I would recommend him to anyone.
