I was coached by Cathy during my INSEAD application process in 2011 for over 6 months and I worked with her while I was at Cartier. Cathy is an amazing coach: very structured, pragmatic and caring. Her presence was indispensable during that time. With her help, I gained a lot of confidence and always felt supported. She helped me set realistic goals and we would discuss concrete milestones to attain. We had very regular calls and meetings, she helped me outline a game plan, she gave me constructive feedback on my essays and encouraged me every step along the way. I've had other coaches and Cathy is one of the best I've met so far. And her coaching paid off as I was accepted to INSEAD the same year.
