I worked with Floriane to prepare for my medical school interviews and it was genuinely one of the best experiences I've ever had working with a coach! I was quite nervous before my interviews and didn't know where to begin the prep process, but Floriane helped me put together a comprehensive plan targeted to my weaknesses and prep goals. She gave me actionable feedback after every session so I could continuously improve and is incredibly knowledgeable about communication and interview strategies in general. I felt exponentially more prepared and confident before my medical school interviews with Floriane's support, and have her to thank for overall positive interview performances and acceptances! Working with Jesse and M throughout the MBA application process was a truly wonderful experience. When I began searching for a coach, I knew I wanted someone who could help build up my confidence (especially coming from a non-traditional, clinical healthcare background) and encourage me to step out my comfort zone. Jesse did all that and more. His structured method of self-reflection helped me clarify post-MBA goals and shape my personal narrative to accurately reflect my aspirations and values, shaping the message I ultimately conveyed through my applications. Jesse also held me accountable throughout the process by encouraging me to set up phone calls with current students and alum, attending in person MBA fairs and school-specific coffee chats, and making campus visits. This process of self-reflection and program research helped me refine my school list and make the decision to apply EA to Fuqua. During the essay-writing stage, both Jesse and M were consistently prompt in their responses and turnaround times, even on the day of a R1 deadline when I ran into issues with a LOR. Their thoughtful edits and pointed questions helped me clarify my intentions and strengthen my writing. Additionally, the interview-prep platform Jesses uses was great for building confidence in articulating my professional goals and his willingness to meet multiple times per week during crunch time was instrumental in helping me feel prepared for any type of question. I really appreciated that Jesse took the time to truly understand my background and goals and provided direct, honest feedback and even called me out when I was slacking and provided some much needed encouragement. I am deeply grateful for Jesse and M’s guidance and highly recommend working with them to anyone seeking structured, encouraging, and personalized MBA coaching.

Karl is an outstanding MBA coach. He not only helped me polish my stories and structure my answers, but also pushed me to see my strengths from angles I hadn’t realized before.
