Lucas is amazing - if you have a non-traditional background, don't even think twice. Lucas is the perfect coach. He helped me craft my story from start to finish. He was always honest and gave no BS, which was exactly what I needed. He's incredibly optimistic, which is so valuable during the application process - while a lot of other coaches might knock you down for a shortcoming in your profile (like a low test score), Lucas will find a way around it, and help you strategize. I could not have gotten into HBS without Lucas' help. I'm so glad I came across his profile and chose to work with him.
