Working with Hanie felt grounded and constructive from the start. Hanie didn’t offer generic advice or scripted answers, but instead asked sharp questions that pushed me to clarify what I actually wanted to do and how to orient towards it. Our conversations were practical and focused. I left our sessions with clear next steps and a better sense of direction. I’d recommend Hanie to anyone looking for honest, strategic guidance from someone with professional experience!

I’ve met with Zack three times as I navigate my military transition, and he has been incredible. After nearly 14 years of public service, I was looking for guidance on making a career pivot, and right from our first conversation, I could tell he genuinely cared about my situation. He doesn’t give cookie-cutter advice — he really listens, asks thoughtful follow-up questions, and helped me see career opportunities I hadn’t considered. After our discussions, he even opened up his network to me and sent a follow-up email with tools and opportunities specific to the area I’ll be relocating to. It’s clear that Zack puts in a ton of work behind the scenes to make sure his clients succeed. I feel confident recommending him not just to veterans, but to anyone looking to make a career change or explore an MBA. He has a real talent for taking your skills and experiences and showing how they fit into different roles or industries in a way that actually makes sense.

Rasheca was very helpful and thorough in our coaching, addressing all questions I had and providing direct, honest feedback about the strengths and weaknesses of my application. I came to her looking for help with secondaries and interview prep, and she helped me restructure my secondary essays in a way that was authentic, helping me highlight aspects of my involvement that medical schools would be most interested in. I would definitely recommend Rasheca for application help!

Pursuing an MBA especially for a veteran is a drastic (for the expenses involved given the age range of an average vet applicant) and life altering decision (given the door of opportunities it can open). Such decisions are to be carried out in collaboration with someone whom you can "trust" with your life. And what better than a fellow veteran who has experience in looking after his comrades' back in life-death situations from the battlefield. Alex is that one guy you can "trust your life" with because he is going to be there in this life-altering decision come what may (as in my case when he was available and worked with me till last half an hour of deadline and that too super-qualitatively. Don't know how he pulled it off with his superhuman abilities as I was not the only client he was working with. There were so many others!) Like a true leader at the barracks who inspires and leads from the front he will literally handhold you to make sure you don't get lost and divert from your aim or lose accountability in this life-changing path no matter how busy you are (as was the case with me). A vet specialist in the field of MBA admissions, he is that niche domain expert who is there exclusively for the military community for whom MBA is like walking into a minefield with no "intel" (yes, I have dropped enough hint about the variety of military backgrounds he can work with) and any wrong move can cost dearly (in this case an entire year wasted for vets who are already over-age). Truly speaking, B-schools go extra mile by giving waivers to attract military folks and Leland followed suit by onboarding Alex as the saviour for veterans who can actually help people from the vet community capitalize on this opportunity and realize their dream. I feel missing Alex, would not be a mere mistake but a lost opportunity of one's lifetime!
