She helped guide me through the investment banking recruiting process as an underclassmen, and soon after launched a Women in Finance Mentorship program, which has created a consistent pipeline of high-quality candidates. Post-grad, she provided guidance as I navigated the buyside recruiting process and consequently landed a role. Daniel got me wonderful essay feedback while maintaining my unique voice.
