Sean was my manager for a number of years, followed by him being a mentor/coach for a many years afterwards. This path is quite common, as many of Sean's former employees have sought his mentorship throughout their careers. Sean has a genuine interest in helping others grow and advance their careers, and bring out their best. Personally, Sean specifically has helped me better understand what I have to offer, and to actively pursue new challenges/roles with confidence. I strongly believe that his mentorship has resulted in an overall win-win result for me, my career, and those that I work for and support.

I was nervous about applying to policy school because I thought I couldn't get in without a super strong quantitative background. Luckily, I got to work with Sam! She made me immediately feel at ease and helped me demonstrate how my background in social impact was a perfect fit for the programs I was applying to. She also helped me realize how much work I had done that would qualify as quantitative (i.e. budgeting for an important program).
