Michael is extremely bright and capable of breaking down complicated concepts into digestible pieces. He is also thoughtful and genuinely takes the time to get to know you. He will push you to improve any piece of work you bring him which will greatly increase your chances of success and I thoroughly recommend him. He was a huge help to me on preparing a complicated deck and in interview prep for banking / investing / finance roles.

My experience with Alejandro as a coach was one that genuinely prioritized my development. His passion for mentorship was evident; he was patient and ensured I understood technical concepts. In addition, his coaching style was highly effective, as my interviewing skills improved drastically over a few sessions.

I've been working alongside Shaida for almost 6 years at Oracle. When I first began my role as a Business Development Consultant, I was a recent college graduate eager to learn and be at the forefront of female leadership in Tech. After many recommendations and referrals to Shaida, I put myself out there requesting to meet with her. A young, complete stranger requesting a Senior individuals time was intimidating but Shaida went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Over time, she continued to act as a coach and shared her time and advice with me. She has guided me into leadership positions within our Oracle Women's Leadership program, prepared me for job interviews, and referred me internally to other amazing female leaders. I have had the gift of her guidance and mentorship for many years and 4 roles at Oracle. I couldn't recommend her more as a Coach or leader. She is truly a treasure that has a lot to offer!

Gordon is a fantastic coach, resource, and expert in sales. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and patient as he works with folks. I’ve worked with him multiple times on several ventures (small and large) and have had nothing but great experiences. Highly recommend!!

I think the best two words to describe Kevin is candid and warm. Kevin was extremely helpful in helping me navigate a very uncertain stage of my career and I owe him lots for his candor. I really appreciated that he was able to talk about quite diverse topics - from professional services, to startup life, then to business school. It can be daunting to step out of the comfort zone whether its a new job or pursuing a masters program, Kevin will be an amazing coach to speak with as a mentor to help ease the uncertainty attached with those transitions. It's very rare to find someone who is so so willing to help and so non-judgemental.

Sean has excellent coaching skills. He establishes rapport quickly and listens with presence and an intent to understand, not to immediately solve. He asks focused and purposeful questions that surface underlying emotions and needs. He has depth and experience from his own career to help senior leaders sharpen their leadership skills and continue to grow their careers.
