Rifat was instrumental in guiding me in my MBA application preparation, what top schools are looking for and what to highlight from my own experience. I met Alejandro as a freshman when I was still figuring things out. Alejandro helped talk about the different career paths and what each one entailed. He would go through each field one by one and explain the pro and cons of each. He also would answer all of my questions with care and thought. He truly cares about my development not only professionally but also personally. I would highly recommend speaking to him about anything on your mind!

Working with Shaida gave me so much clarity around how to tell my story when interviewing for new jobs, specifically in a different industry then what I have experience in. She was able to help me bridge the gap from what I’ve done in the past, to what I want to be doing, and the specific keywords and experiences I should highlight. She also helped me identify some of my skills that I was struggling to put into the right words or even consider a skill. I feel much more confident going into conversations being able to clearly speak to what I can offer and how it will bring value to different organizations.
