Ritvik's coaching style is centered around Student Excellence. He brings out the best in them, through his thought provoking questions and guidance. Ritvik takes the time to understand student's strength, their goal and aspiration, before offering a recommendation for college plan. He comes prepared with a plan specific to student for the coaching session and shares about the research done, for clarity that assures confidence in the decisions taken. As a person of color from a non-traditional background, I had no one around me to turn to for advice on my grad school applications.
