I worked with Jesse with my interview preparation and got admitted to my top choice, London Business School (LBS). I strongly recommend Jesse to MBA applicants who want to be well-prepared for the demanding interview for top MBA schools. There are three points you will get from him in terms of interview preparation: 1. Demanding mock interview I believe that one of the important things for interview preparation is to do over-preparation because each interviewer has different interview styles and quality and you are not sure what kinds of interviews you will have. Some interviewers will provide lots of follow-up questions in a single behavioral question but others will not. You have to prepare for the hardest interviews. Jesse will give tons of follow-up questions to prepare for the hardest one, which enables me to handle the interview with confidence in almost all questions from interviewers. 2. Constructive feedback Jesse always provided me direct and constructive feedback, which made it easy to identify my weak points regarding interview delivery. He knows that the interviews are the opportunities for interviewees to showcase who you are and why you deserve to get admitted to a school. His feedback and comments made me understand what kinds of messages and stories I should provide to interviewers. 3. Positive attitude MBA interview preparations are daunting tasks and you might lose motivation to do that when you are not sure whether you are a good interviewee. Jesse always gave me positive comments and attitude even when I felt that an interview did not go well. That attitude was extremely helpful for me to continue to work hard for interview preparations.
