Shruti has been a close colleague and mentor of mine for the past 3+ years. As a manager, she is uniquely talented at defining actionable role-specific goals that also support longer-term personal and professional goals. She’s an incredibly strong advocate who truly gets to know those she is working with at a personal level, which ultimately allows her to provide immensely helpful and personalized feedback. Through working with Shruti, something that always stood out was how she constantly went out of her way to act with kindness and empathy. Her colleagues trust her deeply because of her genuine and honest working style. Outside of her role as a manager, Shruti goes above and beyond for those she mentors. Eileen changed my life. Her coaching was able to get me into Harvard College and Harvard Medical School. She helped optimize my personal statements with integration of specific key ideas and optimal word choice. She also helped me construct my CV to best highlight my assets.
