Rusty is one of the most clearsighted, openhearted, openminded, and effective persons that I've ever had the pleasure to get to know and work with. He's helped me through a lot of different professional and personal scenarios I've faced in my life. I used his astute advice extensively in an especially tricky situation at work three years ago where I was being confronted in an underhanded way and I was able to turn the situation around to re-establish my position and trust in the organization. He's also a fantastic communicator and editor. You'd be very lucky to work with him!

Tracey has an exceptional mind for product. While working together at Spotify, I witnessed firsthand how she masterfully builds and executes complex product strategies, skillfully aligning a broad range of stakeholders. Even now, I continue to seek her advice and coaching as I advance in my career, especially while prepping for product interviews. Tracey is an outstanding product leader, but above else, has been a key mentor for me as a product manager working on complex surfaces and user experiences. She's coached me on critical PM skills including: upward communication to gain leadership buy-in, building effective org-wide processes to manage execution, and developing a stronger voice in how I share my product thinking in a way that is confident yet open to iteration. I strongly recommend Tracey as a coach and general "person in your corner" given her experience and ability to mentor with empathy and grace.

Sandeep is brilliant and thoughtful. His natural orientation is to find ways help in all situations. His dedication, humility, and creativity have been an incredible asset to me as I navigated college admissions, early career choices, and continued career growth. I simply cannot recommend him highly enough.

Vaish has been a mentor to me from the first semester that I came to UT Austin, and to this day continues to teach me new things to better my academic, personal, and professional life. From giving me advice on majors/minors in college to connecting me with recruiters for internships to walking me through making my first ever budget to teaching me how to time manage all of my commitments, her guidance has been invaluable in my life and personal growth.

I have known Tracey since 2020 — we used to work in the same org, and over the last few months Tracey has been helping me transition to PM. As a mentor, Tracey supported me with both interview coaching and team selection to help me find a team that would be the right fit for a new PM. During mock interviews, Tracey provided extremely clear and concise feedback. I always felt like Tracey was rooting for me to succeed, and I would 100% recommend her to anyone who is looking for mentorship or coaching. Tracey believed in me at a time when I needed an opportunity and helped me transition into a new career in a field I was entirely unfamiliar with. She has such a gift for making even the tough parts of any task fun—and legitimately, genuinely cares about the people with whom she's collaborating. Her knack for knowing which fires to put out, and which ones to let simmer makes her an expert leader and efficient sounding boarding for any task. Any product becomes instantly better with Tracey's magic touch, and any manager I've had in the past decade since has had the unfair position of being compared to her. Anyone looking for mentorship would be lucky to learn from Tracey, and I feel extremely grateful to have gotten that chance.

Jesse is an incredible MBA admissions consultant who supported me in getting admission to the Cornell Tech MBA and also helped me earn a large amount of company sponsorship. I got admissions from two of the three business schools I applied to through intensive essay discussions and interview training. Not only did he give me profound insights to refine my essays, but he also encouraged me to overcome this long journey with his kind and pleasant personality and positive attitude.
