In all transparency, I received a free 30 minute coaching session from Thang as a benefit of being a 2024 Product Management Bootcamp Participant at Leland. However, my session with Thang ended up being 70 MINUTES, free of charge. We had a natural conversation regarding my career goals, a resume review, tips to apply for the coveted FB RPM program & an overview of different product questions (design, analytical, strategy, estimation, technical). From my session, I can tell Thang is someone who is truly willing to make the time for his clients & answer each of their questions, no matter how long it takes, which is a quality I deeply admire. I highly recommend Thang if you're looking to break in or advance in your PM careeer!

I reached out to Jeremy when I received a final round MBB interview invite. I was solid in casing, but was hoping to get his feedback on areas of improvement and also improve my behavioral interview skills. Jeremy was incredibly responsive from the moment I reached out, and I really appreciated his flexibility in terms of time and topics covered. He also records notes from each session in a shared Google Doc, which is helpful to remember what was previously covered. Overall, Jeremy struck a great balance in terms of being encouraging and offering constructive feedback. When I asked for specific help on exhibit reading, he provided endless examples of charts from cases and guided me through best practices. He was also extremely helpful in "tightening up" my behavioral interview responses. Jeremy is definitely worth the price for anyone serious about MBB recruiting and interviewing!

I'm currently working with Riana as I prepare for IB interviews. Riana is a great mentor and great story teller. Just from my 1 hour session with her (would love to do more but I'm on a budget, hopefully she still saves time for me after this!), I've seen immediate progress and can't say enough good words - she listens - she gets it - she then provides TAILORED, MEANINGFUL and IMPACTFUL advice. It is necessary to stress those 3 words. I've received coaching from others and sometimes leave those sessions wondering where my time and money has gone - the advice given was generic and frankly, useless. Riana is different. Note: If you have worked hard to get where you are but have had difficulty breaking in just for not having the standard profile, I am confident that Riana can and will bring out the best in you, just like she has done for me.
