Arushi is such a helpful and kind coach and breaks down information in easily comprehensible terms. She has helped me case for consulting interviews and provided helpful feedback on my law school essays. She has so much knowledge to impart and has accomplished the greatest achievements, yet she does not gatekeep any information! She is also respectful and always willing to listen and learn from you. I recommend anyone to utilize her abilities, especially if you are looking for a highly thoughtful and present mentor.

I come to Arushi when I need someone to get to the root of whatever I’m working on. There have been times that someone told me my resume and cover letter were ready to go and gave me no further feedback when I pressed for it. Then, I showed them to Arushi and she came back with heaps of both broad and granular feedback. Arushi will get to the heart of what’s there (or isn’t) and give constructive feedback on how to remedy it or bring it to another level. She takes the time to understand what you’re trying to convey and has a keen eye for storytelling. While she’s exceedingly nice, Arushi isn’t afraid to give critical feedback in a direct manner. These qualities make her feedback all the more effective.

When I did my first interviews in consulting, I learned the hard way that I had been preparing incorrectly, resulting in a terrible interview and first round failure. At first I thought consulting just wasn't for me, but Tijs noticed my potential and motivated me to apply for Bain & Company, confidently stating that with the right preparation, he was sure that I could land an offer. In a short space of time Lola was able to help me plan out what I want and how to achieve it. She provided invaluable frameworks that allowed me to get a lot out of our coaching sessions. Wes is an amazing tutor and friend. I called him before the start of my senior year and told him I wanted to get into management consulting.
