Asha is very empathetic, humble, kind, knowledgeable, and much more. With no experience in finance and trying to break into IB, she explained concepts very humbly, kindly, and simply, which allowed me to actually understand them at a fundamental level. She was a wealth of knowledge and prepared me very well for my summer IB internship. This helped me secure a full time IB associate offer--which I do not believe I would have been otherwise able to do.
