I have known Carolyn now for over 6 years; we first met while I was being interviewed for a role at the company she worked at. Later on, we became peers, and I got to work with her and learn from her firsthand. She has extremely high EQ and a great way to communicate across different backgrounds and disciplines to easily gain trust. She helped me understand company culture and identify my core leadership strengths that would allow me to thrive in that environment. This extended to helping me build a talent and location strategy for my org and identify areas of opportunities. She is always supportive and helps you brainstorm different ways to problem solve without forcing you in a particular direction. I really appreciate that about her because it helped me understand my own why around things and made me a better leader.Working with Carolyn has helped me tremendously. Not only did my career benefit from our collaboration, but it also helped me discover how to find work that aligns best with my core values. I would highly recommend her as a coach!
