During my just my first session with Lee, I gained more valuable insights than I typically receive from multiple conversations with career counselors at my school. Lee provided actionable advice that I was able to immediately implement, considerably helping my investment banking internship application. He knew so much about the industry, adeptness in answering behavioral questions, and even had a few unique strategies that were especially impressive.

Asha helped me during a Private Equity Case Study that I had to prepare. Together we did a mock interview about the case. Asha was very insightfull, knowing exactly what the pontential interviweres would like to hear and helped with other questions i hadn't thought about. Would highly recommend!

Julia is extremely knowledgeable and provides great feedback. Her guidance for resume building was crucial for me in landing an interview. She gave great advice when I was struggling with the framing for a take-home assignment. Lastly, she has many 'pro tips' for interviewing that I know set me apart during my interviews. Matt did an outstanding job providing support and guidance throughout my recruitment process. Steven is 1 of 1, and it shows in his coaching. He's contrarian, and has hard won lessons for any and every situation. Our sessions helped me across the board, and more than anything: Steven taught me 'how' to think. Going into Leland, I thought I was pretty non-traditional and wouldn't find a coach that would really fit me, but Steven proved me wrong 100x over. Give him a shot — you will not regret it!

Prabha was instrumental in helping me succeed in the Meta RPM interviews -- Prabha gives highly specific, actionable feedback with written notes (in addition to transcribing the full conversation in a shared doc) mapped to each element of our practice interviews, which was really impactful. Prabha is also super knowledgeable about the criteria for PM interviews, especially with Meta. Prabha is also such a warm and positive coach to work with!

Saleem was instrumental in helping me become a better caser. With my STEM background, he effectively guided me in boosting my business acumen, which eventually led to an offer from an MBB firm. His feedback is always insightful and varied, making every session valuable and impactful.
