Steven is the best coach you can ask for! Super knowledgeable in how to build top of the funnel game aside from linkedin, and how to craft answers to behavior questions such as "tell me about yourself". I used to fail at so many interviews since my BQ stories were unstructured, and not highlighting my strength. Steven gave me direct feedback on my weaknesses and helped me patiently thru hours and hours of mock interviews to get me to where I am today! He also helped me negotiated to a higher salary by practical strategies and encouraging me to believe in my value. Since my interview pace was fast in the last couple of weeks - when I needed last minute help he was very accommodating while he did not need to.
