This was my second attempt applying to Stanford — the only university and program I applied to. I was devastated after my first rejection, but Deb gave me the confidence to take another shot. She reviewed my previous application in depth and provided feedback in the form of thought-provoking questions rather than prescriptive answers. I used them to work through multiple drafts of my essays, which she reviewed with incredible patience and insightful feedback. I rewrote my SOP at least three times, but she never once made me feel like starting over was the wrong thing to do. She was always her cheerful, motivating self. Beyond the SOP, she helped me with my supplementary essays, résumé, and shortlisting my letter of recommendation writers. She even helped craft specific instructions and focus areas for each LOR writer so that their letters would complement my SOP and essays cohesively. In total, she reviewed my essays and SOP more than 30 times. Not only that, she reviewed my full application in detail three times on calls and was always prompt in responding to my questions — usually within a day. Thanks to her, I finally got into Stanford. Deb has a deep understanding of the inner workings of the admissions process and a real talent for helping you identify and iron out the flaws you can't see yourself. If not for her, I would not be living my dream today — and I truly believe this admit is as much hers as it is mine.

I came to Emily with what can only be described as an unhinged idea: apply to four M7 MBA programs in 2-3 weeks, start to finish. Her first response: "You're crazy." Her second: "Let's do it." Emily jumped into the deep end with me as I researched schools, prepped for the GRE, and worked essays across schools in parallel. What stood out most was her ability to pressure test my thinking. She really challenged me on my "why," and helped me connect the dots across my career progress thus far and my short- and long-term goals. The result: I landed a spot at my dream school. If you're looking for a coach who brings both rigor and energy to match your ambitions (even when your ambition borders on irrational) Emily is your person!

I came to Kelsey to get R2 MBA help. She is proactive with her approach and does not just see you as a client. She actively tries to be on your side and guides you throughout the process. Kelsey is fully aware of the emotions at play and sets out a clear a plan of action to attack the multiple different layers of the process. I have received help all the way from getting my resume to be perfect, to interview preparation. I would recommend her to any MBA applicant.

The MBA application is so deeply personal. I believe that the best coach is one who provides more than just tactical advice and the right steps; they are the one who listens to your story and knows how to ask the right questions to let you dig deeper. Dione has this way of helping you explore parts of yourself you might not have focused on as much originally. She takes the time to find what makes you unique, how to portray that to others, and how to have you learn more about yourself throughout the process. The best coach is also one who knows the right time to "check in" if you’ve been a bit silent, or notices the cues on a call to pause and give you a moment to reflect on whatever may be going through your mind. Dione is that coach. Dione, thank you for supporting me, but more importantly, thank you for helping me grow in more ways than one outside of just admittance to business school. I am so grateful.

Super grateful for Ellen's support and mentorship throughout my application cycle. She helped me throughout every step of the way including: drafting and editing my personal statement, activities, secondaries, interview prep, and updates. I highly recommend Ellen to every pre-health applicant.

I started to work with M and Jesse after a free class I attended. I scheduled a free intro session and we clicked immediately. From the self-reflection through their entire process to write essays, I felt very comfortable working with these two and if I needed something I always got a response within 24 hours, even on weekends. I truly felt a lot of personal growth throughout the process. I would recommend working with M and Jesse to anyone and everyone!

Working with Karla on my MSDS applications was absolutely worth it. Even with a tight timeline, she took so much stress off my plate and gave me a fresh perspective on my essays that I couldn't have found on my own. I got into Columbia, and I credit a big part of that to her guidance. Highly recommend!

Faisal is a fantastic MBA admissions consultant. Originally I was hesitant to use a consultant or not. It’s a lot of money, and I wasn’t even sure I’d follow through with an MBA program if admitted. Faisal’s a-la-carte approach and the support of the Leland platform of educational resources convinced me to take the dive and commit to a $4k package that briefly covered ~3 applications. I shopped around to find the right consultant, and it was clear that Faisal understood the MBA landscape and career paths better than most. He is deeply embedded in the admission process and his knowledge of it is invaluable. Boy, was I glad I did. From the moment we started working together, Faisal gave me the structure and assurance I needed to put together my best applications. His focus on understanding my story and my career interests meant that not only was I creating an MBA application, but also charting out a career I was excited for. If the MBA didn’t pan out, I still felt like my time with Faisal wouldn’t be wasted. Once Faisal helped me define my goals and shape my story, we tackled every aspect of the applications, from resume to essays to application forms. Faisal brought structure and follow-through to an otherwise messy process. While I knew I was a strong writer, his stamp of approval was crucial to understand what makes a good or a great essay. He was flexible and efficient with our time. In the end, I was admitted with scholarship to every school I applied to. 160k at Tepper, 130k at MIT LGO, 60k at Johnson, 50k at Tuck, and 30k at Yale SOM. I fully attribute this success to my decision to work with Faisal. If you are considering an MBA and want to maximize your chances, take the leap and work with Faisal!
