Working with Drake has been nothing short of phenomenal. I entered the application cycle as an ambitious undergraduate lacking a solid game plan and Drake provided the roadmap and critical feedback to ensure I realised my ambitions. Three traits define Drake's approach to being a coach and underpin his success: patience, unwavering dedication and an eye for detail. Patience meant Drake was always there to guide me through rough writer's blocks and help me discover what makes me tick through powerfully candid conversations. Dedication meant I always received 110% from Drake and he was available 24/7 to provide help/advice through numerous iterations of essay drafts. An eye for detail enabled Drake to help me refine the story arc in my applications and also help prepare for the interviews with a focus on analysing even the smallest of details to ensure I put my best foot forward.

Sam was instrumental in helping me craft and articulate my story in my essays. He listened to me, processed what I said, and molded my story to portray the intent of thoughts in a clear and concise manner. Sam was always optimistic and I always looked forward to meeting with him. He was always prepared and I found each meeting very helpful. As I was preparing for interviews, I found myself asking Sam for examples of my own stories that I could share with the interviewer depending on the question asked. I would give Sam 10 Stars if I could, and I promise you'll feel the same way!

Did a mock interview with Regan a few days before my HBS interview. Could not recommend a better coach. She went through my application with a fine tooth comb picking out the more nuanced details and simulating the format/possible questions the interviewer could ask. The feedback was not only incredibly helpful but definitely helped with my confidence going into the real thing!

I reached out to Rafael a few days before my HBS interview. He did an extremely thorough job of going through my application and simulating the format of the interview based on his experiences. The feedback was certainly invaluable not least because there was a lot of overlap with the real thing! Would recommend him without reservation to anyone who needs help with their applications.

I took Mary's help in outlining my GSB story, which I was clueless about one month before the school's deadline. Mary spent significant amount of time to get to know me, my unique personal story and identified patterns that helped me build a strong narrative. She reviewed my essay outline and provided super detailed feedback on how some of the points I had written might come across differently to the adcom. She was my biggest cheerleader, nudging me to forget about things like brand, feeder company, etc and just focus on my raw personal story. Even though I was hesitant to apply to HBS, she emailed me a week ago that I could rework my essay and that there was nothing wrong in trying. Against all the odds, I ended up applying to HBS also! While the results are not out yet, I had a wonderful experience with Mary. I would really recommend her if you are an underdog / international / come from non-feeder companies.

I got into Harvard Business School with Joseph's coaching and guidance. Joseph was incredible!
