It was hard for me to find adequate resources when it came to planning and preparing my application for the Schwarzman program. Luckily, Leland's email about Michael's webinar came in my inbox right after a few first calls with other services that weren't as experienced in the specificities I was looking for. Michael was 5x, if not 10x more knowledgeable and responsive than the other, non-Leland coaches and companies I'd evaluated. Additionally, he was empathetic, provided well-thought out and precise edits, and knew the application's nuances like the back of his hand. Strongly believe he would add value to any master's application you might be working on, Schwarzman or not.

I worked with Chip on my Round 1 MBA application to one of the top MBA programs. Chip was an exceptional consultant due to his structured approach, clarity, and deep knowledge of the MBA application process. At each stage of the application—whether it was Letters of Recommendation, resumes, or essays—Chip provided incisive suggestions that ensured each deliverable was completed with high quality and on time. Additionally, Chip's encouragement throughout the process made the entire application experience smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend Chip as an MBA admission coach.

I came to Siri for some last minute editing help. She was helpful in rephrasing wording to make things more clear, calling out where I needed more detail, and shaving down words to maintain word count. Would highly recommend Siri for any editing help!

Maria was instrumental in getting my application out to Harvard and Stanford. It started with 2 hours deep diving into my background and building my unique story. With that base she was fantastic at guiding me through my essay's and cvs to make sure I put my best foot forward for these schools. It is obvious she had great coaching when she applied and had gone through A TONNE of applications. By leaning on her knowledge and strong feedback I stopped labouring over every example and finally put out something I was proud of. Thanks so much for the help Maria

I worked with Chip mainly for my Kellogg application but he was supportive in guiding me with my overall application process such as my resume review which was extremely helpful. I had a really positive experience working with Chip. He spent time understanding my life story and was able to dig into my profile to bring out the most impactful elements of my story and help craft it into an eye catching essay. He was also highly responsive and prompt with the turnaround, providing clear comments for me to address. Overall, I highly recommend Chip if you’re struggling with any part of your application.

When I first approached Chip, I thought my MBA essays were already strong. His no-nonsense approach to eliminating fluff and laser focus on narrative style quickly proved me wrong. His tough but necessary feedback helped me make my essays more clear, impactful, and uniquely mine. Chip's great positive attitude, quick turnaround time, and strategic support throughout the process were extremely valuable. Highly recommend!

Working with Chip has been nothing short of a transformative experience for my Kellogg application. From the very beginning, he was fully involved in the process from brainstorming, essay reviews to short-answer questions. He took the time to understand my story and goals to amplify that personal element in my application. Chip’s structured approach and actionable feedback made the process much more manageable. He was always prompt and supportive, even with last-minute questions before deadlines. I highly recommend Chip to anyone applying to B-school—his expertise and genuine care make all the difference.

I reached out to Rusty in a panic, realizing I had 4 weeks to go until R1 deadlines and was nowhere near where I wanted to be with my essays and application strategy. Rusty immediately understood the ask, ramped up quickly, and was immensely helpful over the next month. Rusty helped me find the most effective packaging of my application while still making it feel like my authentic story. He is an incredible listener and has a way with words - many times I rambled on about what I wanted to convey, and Rusty was able to quickly synthesize the message to become clearer and more concise. I cannot recommend him enough.
