What I love about Wesley is two specific things: 1. His positivity and support - I've been working with Wesley for a few months now and every time I speak with him, I feel like I'm making progress to my goal, and that I'm in good hands with a mentor who is personally invested in my journey 2. His actionable, specific advice - Wesley is incredibly smart, and his advice is always specific, actionable, and has a purpose and reason behind it. That makes it easy to continue learning from him and actually implementing the advice he gives. Overall, I highly recommend Wesley as a coach!

James does an exceptional job of connecting with his clients and, in the process, learning their life stories and what drives them. He asks deep probing questions that bring out stories and ideas I never thought to leverage in my essays. Through working with James, I learned about myself in ways I did not expect.
